“Speaking to someone also helps you, reminds you about where you’ve come from and what you’ve got in you in order to do this; whereas if you’re on your own, you are your own worst enemy, start doubting and negativities and that. You realise that you’ve actually done quite a lot already, you’ve got the skills to take you into this.” Business Owner, 2020
MOTIVATION & INSPIRATION
I believe we all have something unique to offer and that we deserve the chance to do what is true, meaningful and extraordinary for us; doing something that we are passionate about.
The inspiration for developing this programme was sparked by finding myself at a midlife crossroads where I contemplated starting my own business venture where I could contribute with intention and purpose.
Being a seasoned Financial Director and CEO within an entrepreneurial landscape, and having walked this path myself, as your coach and mentor, I will provide a safe and confidential space where we can brainstorm new ideas and think outside the box to discover what is possible and map a path to get there.
During my Master’s research study, I explored how coaching contributes to the development of entrepreneurial self-confidence and belief in their abilities to be successful.
Paraphrasing Albert Bandura:”The business owner’s confidence and belief in their own capabilities are a better predictor of achieving business success than their actual level of competence.”
