Enabling Individuals, Leaders and Teams to gain a better understanding of Ownership and how it differs from Responsibility and Accountability. They will also learn how these concepts relate to Empowerment.

MOTIVATION

I have learnt that within the workplace, it is not only important to take ownership, but also to understand how it differs from being accountable and responsible. However, without being suitably enabled and empowered, you might not be equipped to take full ownership. As a seasoned CEO and as your facilitator, I will provide a safe space where we will explore the dimensions of ownership and empowerment. We will integrate the learnings to enable you to take intrinsic ownership meeting the expectations of your employer.

The emphasis of the workshop will be to introduce the concepts of Ownership and Empowerment and to provide some practical tips and reflective questioning, encouraging the development of intrinsic Ownership and true Empowerment of the individual.
