Enabling Small Business Owners and Entrepreneurs starting a new business venture to integrate their talents, skills, experience, personal values and passions into their business vision and strategy. This process will boost their confidence and provide the clarity and inspiration to kickstart their business with intention, purpose and meaning.
INSPIRATION
During my Master’s research study, I explored how coaching contributes to the development of entrepreneurial self-confidence and belief in their abilities to be successful. Paraphrasing Albert Bandura:
”The business owner’s confidence and belief in their own capabilities are a better predictor of achieving business success than their actual level of competence.”
MOTIVATION
I have learnt that being different is what sets us apart; that we don’t have to conform to what we think society expects. I believe we all have something unique to offer and that we deserve the chance to do what is true, meaningful and extraordinary for us; doing something that we are passionate about. Being a seasoned Financial Director and CEO within an entrepreneurial landscape, and as your coach and mentor, I will provide a safe and confidential space where we can brainstorm new ideas and think outside the box to discover what is possible and map a path to get there.
