As a solopreneur, I believe I am the brand of my business. Therefore the name of my business should be a representation of who I am as a coach and mentor.

Let’s kick off with what is in the name ‘M3 Perspectives’?

o M3 very simply is short for ‘Madri’, In essence that is how you would pronounce my name in Afrikaans.
o I reinforced M3 with my slogan of ‘Motivate, Move, Maximise’ . Those words aptly describe my approach when I work with individuals, teams and businesses.
o One of my strengths or superpowers is adopting the role of brainstorming partner. When you get stuck, I will facilitate a thinking process where we would add new and liberating Perspectives, helping you to move forward and setting you free on your path to turn your dreams into reality.

Before we move on, I want to commend another business enabler Cherice Torr for her amazing ability to capture my energy and translate it into a logo and website that look and feel like me.

So, what is the story behind the logo?

o Not only do the wings symbolise the readiness, energy and freedom of the individual to take off, but they also symbolise the hands of the coach holding the space and nurturing the process until that person is ready to be set free on their new journey.
o The colour teal was inspired by Frederick Laloux’s evolutionary teal worldview. Parker Palmer captures the spirit of teal in his book Let Your Life Speak. Palmer urges us to learn to let go and listen to the life that wants to be lived through us rather than setting goals for our life dictating what direction it should take. As such, the ultimate goal in life of becoming the truest expression of ourselves would emerge, in line with Laloux’s teal view.
o The freshness and newness of lime green added a bit of spice and energy to the logo.

I believe we all have something unique to offer and deserve the chance to find our own unique place in this world where we can become the best version of ourselves.
