Enabling
COACHING SERIES & PROCESS
CliftonStrengths | Making the most of your talents to operate in the ‘zone’ and maximise performance.
Personal Development Plan (PDP) | Mapping an actionable career development plan with tangible goals.
The initial focus of the programme will be to gain an understanding of your Core Values which will keep your motivation alive and gives your actions purpose.
Next, we will shift to making your strengths explicit to help you maximise your potential. This process involves revealing your strengths from four perspectives, including the CliftonStrengths assessment. The Strengths Wheel tool will assist you in integrating these strengths into your daily life and aligning them with your career goals.
Following this, we will further explore your goals, motivators, needs, resources, and stumbling blocks to co-create and commit to a Personal Development Plan. Critical milestones such as academic assessments and results will be incorporated in your plan. Your detailed action plan will serve as the platform from which you can achieve your aspirations.
“This process is something that should have happened much sooner in my life. I would recommend that this program start at school level; the sooner one is exposed to this, the better the development in one’s life – personal and work related. If I had to vote for this to be compulsory, I would give it 10 out of 10. It is life changing.” Rashaad, 2019
MOTIVATION & INSPIRATION
I believe we all have something unique to offer. Besides, if we could embrace our own uniqueness at a young age, it would set a foundation of self-worth to enter adulthood with confidence and self-belief. It would set us free to find our own unique place in this world where we can be extraordinary.
As your coach, I will provide a safe and confidential space where we can brainstorm new ideas and think outside the box to discover what is possible and craft a path to get there.
Some years ago, I happened upon this quote that, as the mother of two Gen Zs, deeply resonates with me:
“If I could give my kids 3 things it would be: the confidence to always know their self-worth; the strength to chase their dreams; and the ability to know how deeply loved they are.” Unknown
