This process is something that should have happened much sooner in my life. It is never too late to discover who you are. I would recommend that this program start at school level; the sooner one is exposed to this, the better the development in one’s life - personal and work related. If I had to vote for this to be compulsory, I would give it 10 out of 10. It is life changing.

Madri is easy to relate to and created a relaxed atmosphere to share on a deeper level. She is a great sounding board, asking the tough questions with grace. My biggest learning is that I am more than capable to do what I am already doing. I now have a plan to identify the deeper impact and "why" of my business. I have been equipped with necessary tools to unlock the next steps for what I am currently working on.

Madri’s values-centred guidance challenged me to think beyond just a job and focus more on using my strengths and passions. Her uplifting, positive and fun personality makes it easy to open up to and work with her. She is an amazing coach and caring mentor and someone to look up to. Madri sees the best in you and helps you to build a plan for how to put those strengths and passions to work in your position at work.

From our first coaching session together, Madri helped me clarify my thoughts on my career transition and identify what I needed to do to move forward. She helped me see the ‘light at the end of the tunnel’ by breaking down the steps I needed to take into bite-sized actions. Her follow-through is remarkable, as is her steadfast positive attitude.

The most important benefit I have gained, is the coach's ability to make me feel good as a manager and to instil that confidence in me that I am worth it. It gave me the confidence to accept the challenges that lay ahead in the business world again.
