ENABLEMENT PERSPECTIVE

Within the ambit of coaching, enablement means that I, as your coach and mentor, will encourage and support the development of your confidence and belief in your own abilities and unique talents. Furthermore, I will facilitate a process where we will explore the resources you have at your disposal and the roadblocks you might encounter. In the process, you will be enabled and equipped to chase your dreams and turn them into reality.

COACHING & MENTORING

Coaching is a co-creative process where we (I, as the coach, and you, as the client) will craft a unique and personalised strategy and process to explore your unique needs, unlock your talents and lay the foundation of how to attain your aspirations. The core focus of mentoring is to transfer the mentor’s expertise and know-how, whereas coaching is a more non-directive process aimed at revealing the inherent potential the individual already has within. I have fused the elements of enablement, mentoring and coaching into my approach to provide you with a tailormade process.
